Treating Asthma by Therapy of Acupoint-injectiong with Self-blood mix Globulin Gamma

  Objective  To evaluate the effect of acupoint-injecting with self-blood mixed with globulin gamma and the change of the leval of CR,IgE,cortisol during the treatment.
  Methods  In 25 patients(28-65 yrs), injected the injection (2ml self-blood vein mixed with 1ml globulin gamma) to a same name pair points(like extra 14,B11, B12,B13, S16 etc)  each time.  Every 2 days a time.  10 days as a course.  Then 10 days had rest. And  3rd ten days injected by the injections.  Before and after  injection, examined patients leval of CR, Ig E, cortisol.
  Results  After treatment, all the patients symptom have released.  18 patients (75%) notable result(stop asthma break out or much released symptom), 7 patients(25%) got better.  The leval of CR, IGE, cortisol have markble changed.  The condition of 11 patients who had not treated by self-blood injection were as usal.  (P< 0.05)  . And the leval  of CR, IgE and cortisol have not got the significant changed.
  Conclusions  This therapy can get much better effect than routain  treatment.  It ge- tther advantage of both traditional Chinese medicine and mordern medicien--  the thrapy of acupuncture , chanel and point and the theory of immunity.  The change of the leval of CR, IgE and cortisol support this idea.
