Changes of Cortisol and cAMP/cGMP from Asthmatic Guinea-pigs Treated by Self-blood mixing Gamma Globulin Acupoint -injecting

   Abstract   Objective  To observe asthma-induced Chinges of cortisol and cAMP/cGMP of guinea-pig.  Methods  51 guinea-pigs had been divited into 7 guoups:1) normol ; 2) astmatic model; 3)convention treatment;  4)gamma globulin acupoint-injecting;  5)self-blood acupoint-injecting; 6)self-blood mixing gamma globulin acupoint-injecting; 7) self-blood minxing gamma globulin intramuscls.  Except normol guoup all other groups had been examined cortisol and cAMP/cGMP before and after their own treatment  .  Results  (list1,2)  the results shows  cortisol and cAMP of 6th group  rised up highest(6th group compare other  groups P<0.05).  Conclusions  treating method of acupoint injecting by self-blood mixing gamma globulin were effective to asthmatic  guinea-pigs.  This effective is as same as that in the clinical experance.
